In our daily life we came in contact with various people animals and microorganism those present in our environment with a weak immune system we easily pick up infection and diseases. So it is important to have strong immunity for being healthy and disease-free. For being healthy it’s important to stay away from these pathogens. But it is also needed to make our body able to fight against these elements and for this we need a strong immune system. Our immune system consists of organ cells issues and proteins when we come in contact with any infection or pathogen, our body’s immune system identifies and releases antibodies against them. These antibodies attach to antigen and destroy these germs or pathogens.
